Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1022 Riga 2006 (19 December. 3. 6. Detergents and personal care products in the norms for one prisoner shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 3.
7. Clothing and footwear rules one convicted and their duration shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 4. By specific sanitary handling those convicted may issue used garments, respectively reducing their service life.
8. rules of bedding for one prisoner and the usage periods shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 5.
