Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1022 Riga 2006 (19 December. No 68 19. §) rules on prisoner person nutrition and household needs of material security rules Issued in accordance with the law on the procedure of holding in custody the first part of article 19 of the Penal Procedure Code, art. 77 seventh subparagraph 1. determines the nutrition, detergents and personal care products, clothing, and bedding around vu rules arrested and convicted, which served a custodial sentence (the prisoner).

2.4.3. the sick minors, as well as the prisoners, who credited the recovery groups, the daily subsistence rate no. 4 c;

3. With the prison doctor's orders: 3.1. inmates suffering from diabetes mellitus, wheat bread ration may be replaced with rye bread, sugar, sugar substitutes, pasta and two thirds of the daily diet of potatoes-600 g of rules with vegetables. 5. the daily subsistence rate between fonts to be food products shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 2.
6. Detergents and personal care products in the norms for one prisoner shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 3.
7. Clothing and footwear rules one convicted and their duration shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 4. By specific sanitary handling those convicted may issue used garments, respectively reducing their service life.
8. rules of bedding for one prisoner and the usage periods shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 5.
