No 68 45) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 3 October 2000, the Regulation No 347 "rules on requirements for educators need education and vocational qualification" Issued under the Education Act, paragraph 13 of article 14, the first subparagraph of article 48 and the vocational training law article 18 do Cabinet of 3 October 2000, the Regulation No 347 "rules on requirements for educators need education and professional qualifications" (Latvian journal, 2000, 350;/352.nr. 2001 , 143 no; in 2002, 122 no; 2003, no. 111; 2004, 124 no). the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with bottom point 2.4.1 the following wording: "2.4.1 academic education (Bachelors) courses in subjects relevant to the science sector, if within two years of the labour relations started teaching post are Studios launched teacher education programme;".
2. Express 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8. by the following sub-paragraph: "2.5. professional development curriculum (pedagogical education amount-at least 320 kontaktstund), after which the certificate is issued, if the person is a professional secondary education (secondary education and Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level) or higher education and work in vocational education or vocational education;
2.6. training programmes, after which the certificate is issued for the right to implement the educational program, if this provision to the date of entry into force: 2.6.1. pedagogical length of service of at least six years of pre-school education, as well as a previously obtained higher professional pedagogical education and teacher (instructor) qualification;
2.6.2. basic education is obtained 1-4th grade teacher qualifications;
2.7. the professional development program for innovation in higher education, University or educational work in the didactic guidance of 160 academic hours (including at least 60 kontaktstund) until the expiry of the term of election academic posts;
2.8 continuing education programs, after which the certificate is issued for learning: 2.8.1. other general education subject teaching (with the least number of hours-105 hours and less general basic education or general secondary education level), if you have previously obtained a higher education teaching in vocational and teacher training qualifications appropriate for the subject thematic area;
2.8.2. the General subject teaching (with the least number of hours-105 hours and less general basic education or general secondary education level), if you have previously obtained higher academic or higher vocational education in the subjects science industry; ".
3. Deleting the introductory part of point 2.12 the words: 3.1 ", Ministry of education and science in the order";
3.2. "the Minister of education and Science approved sample".
4. To delete the words in paragraph 2.13.: 4.1 "pedagogy of the Ministry of education and science in the order";
4.2. "the Minister of education and Science approved sample".
5. Delete the words in paragraph 2.14:5.1 "pedagogy of the Ministry of education and science in the order";
5.2. "the Minister of education and Science approved sample".
6. The deletion of the words in point 2.16:6.1 ", Ministry of education and science in";
6.2. "the Minister of education and Science approved sample".
7. Supplement with 2.17 points below as follows: "2.17. training programmes, after which the certificate is issued white goods/household goods to teachers, if the person is a professional secondary education (secondary education and Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level) or higher education."
8. Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. the requirements for educators need education and professional qualifications defined in the annex to these regulations in accordance with the specified level of education (except teacher's speech, educational psychologist, music teacher, sports teacher, foreign languages teacher, Visual Arts teacher, the Latvian language and literature teacher (including minority education programmes), special education teacher qualification), teacher's profession and position."
9. Supplement with 4.5 and 4.6 of the subparagraph as follows: "4.5 to 1 September 2008.-with regard to educational psychologists;
4.6. by September 1, 2007-for elementary social studies and science teachers. "
10. To complement the provisions in paragraph 6 by the following: "6. This rule 2.9. and 2.10. bottom section applies to educators who learned the following education programs up to 1 September 2006."
11. Make the second column of the annex the title as follows: "the degree of Education and educators in the profession or title."
12. 17.
