No. 68 15. §) rules on vessel traffic control operator training, certification and qualification checks Issued in accordance with the maritime administration and the Maritime Security Act, article 34 of the fifth part i. General questions 1. determines the management of vessel traffic operator (hereinafter referred to as VTS operator) training, certification and qualification tests. 2. II. Selection of VTS operator 3 training, certification, and proficiency testing in accordance with the 1978 International Convention on standards of training, certification and Watchkeeping for seafarers and Watchkeeping (STCW Convention) and of the 1974 International Convention for the safety of life at sea (with amendments) (SOLAS Convention) with regard to marine pilotage and VTS personnel training, as well as according to the International Association of Lighthouse (PPE) modeļkurs V/103 recommendations. 4. After completion of the training the ports concerned shall submit an application to the State by the master company "maritime administration" (further-the marine Administration) of apprenticeship background checks. IV. the VTS operator qualifications and proficiency testing 12. Maritime Administration approved operator qualification Commission of the VTS (hereinafter the Commission). The President of the Commission is representative of the maritime administration.
