No 68 77) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 September 2002, regulations no 424 "national agencies" housing agency "regulations" Issued in accordance with the law of public agencies in article 8 the third paragraph 1. make Cabinet of 17 September 2002, regulations no 424 "national agencies" housing agency "Statute" (Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 139; 2004, nr. 152) the following amendments: 1. replace paragraph 1, 4.2 and 4.5 above, the words "regional development and Municipal Affairs" with the word "economic";
1.2. the Express 5.5. subparagraph by the following: "5.5. charge for public services rendered;"
1.3. to replace the words "in paragraph 5.8. Regional development and Municipal Affairs" with the word "economic";
1.4. to make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. The Agency shall be headed by a Director. The Agency's Director shall make public administration facilities Act direct authorities managerial functions. The Director of the Agency's responsibilities to the public agency certainly Act, these regulations and the management contract for the Agency. ";
1.5. make paragraph 8 by the following: "8. the Agency shall not less frequently than once every six months to provide economic information to the Minister on the activities of the Agency.";
1.6. the deletion of paragraphs 12 and 13.
