Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1004 Riga 2006 (December 12. No 66 42) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 august 2003, regulations No. 476 "rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of plant origin" Issued under the plant protection act article 5 paragraph 4 make 1 Cabinet of 26 august 2003, regulations No. 476 "rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of plant origin" (Latvian journal, 2003, 119 no; 2004, nr. 50; 2005, 4, nr. 210.138, 2006; 140., 82, no.) the following amendments: 1. make the following paragraph 21: ' 21. Sākumparaug quantity meets the laboratory sample (the total amount or part of the sample, for shipment to the laboratory or laboratory received) making the necessary quantity. The laboratory sample minimum quantity specified in annex 6 of these rules. ";
1.2. make 22, second sentence as follows: "at this stage also creates a duplicate of the laboratory sample if necessary the results of additional assurance of accuracy and testing high-risk pesticides.";
1.3. deleting paragraph 23;
1.4. to supplement the provisions under paragraph 49 and 50 as follows: "49. This provision of the annex 2, paragraph 192, shall enter into force on the 21 January 2007.
50. These provisions of annex 2, paragraph 191, and 3.2.73. subdivisions shall enter into force by December 30, 2007. ';
1.5. to complement the informative reference to directives of the European Union with 61, 62, 63 and 64 of the following paragraph: ' 61) Commission of 7 June 2006, Directive 2006/53/EC, amending Council Directive 90/642/EEC as regards the maximum levels of fenbutatin-oxide, fenhexamid, cyazofamid, linuron, triadimephon/triadimenol, pymetrozine, and pyraclostrobin residues;
62) Commission 28 June 2006 Directive 2006/59/EC amending the annexes to Council Directives 76/895/EEC, 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for carbaryl, deltamethrin, endosulfan, fenithrothion, methidathion and oxamyl residues;
63) Commission 7 July 2006 Directive 2006/60/EC amending Council Directive 90/642/EEC the annexes concerning the maximum residue levels of trifloxystrobin, thiabendazole, abamectin, benomyl, carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl, myclobutanyl, glyphosate, trimethylsulfonium, fenpropimorph and Chlormequat residues;
64) Commission of 7 July 2006, Directive 2006/61/EC amending the annexes to Council Directives 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for atrazine, azinphos-ethyl, cyfluthrin, ethephon, Fenthion, methamidophos, methomyl, paraquat and triazophos residues. ';
