10.7. to install wind generators;
10.8. split the land of land units smaller than five hectares;
10.9. the transformation of the land, except the transformation by matching with the reserve Administration: 10.9.1. cognitive, recreational and tourism infrastructure construction and installation in accordance with Annex 1;
10.9.2. existing farm yards (lands with the cadastre number 96480020004, 96480020068 and 96480020018);
10.9.3 there. This provision set out in section 10.11.2. activities;
10.9.4. habitat restoration measures.
10.10. build and install new dams and other water control devices, except if required in nature protection plan habitat restoration measures and agreed with the administration of the reservation;
10.11. without written coordination with the reserve Administration: installation, 10.11.1. recreation and tourism infrastructure projects;
10.11.2. take the road, utilities and other building restoration, renovation or reconstruction;
10.11.3. perform actions that cause ground water, and surface water level changes, except for the drainage system of the discontinuance provisions referred to in paragraph 13 of the lands;
10.11.4. to carry out archaeological research;
10.11.5. issue the subsoils authorization (license). III. the Nature of the restriction zone 11. Natural barring zone created to ensure that particularly protected species of birds-Kikuta (Gallinag media) (Crex crex), torque, ormanīš (Porzan-porzan)-and especially protected habitat-River floodplain grasslands-conservation, as well as other specially protected species and natural habitats, and management. 12. Natural barring area prohibited to: 12.1 use waterfowl hunting projectiles containing lead;
12.2. mow from edges to center field;
12.3. to cut trees in the main lock and Reconstructive slapped;
12.4. to cut the trees thinning hair (except the disease infected by pest infested or otherwise damaged trees in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 12.18. and regulations) if valdaudz's age exceeds: 12.4.1. pine and oak groves-60 years;

12.7. to cut dead trees and remove fallen trees, krital, or parts thereof, which is the diameter of the larger space is greater than 25 cm, excluding hazardous tree removal;
12.8. the installation of the camp, rest areas and build tents outside the designated places;

12.9. to hold autosacensīb, motosacensīb, rally, treniņbraucien and test drive, as well as Lake burtnieku meadows in existing open waters-ūdensmotosport and water skiing competitions;
12.10. the installation of wild plants, animals and fungi, as well as product sales and buying points;
12.11. to allow the dog being in the outdoors without a leash and uzpurņ, with the exception of hunting regulatory laws in certain cases and order;
12.12. getting valid minerals, except for underground water extraction in the personal needs;
12.13. to damage or destroy (also ploughed or cultivating) floodplain, patio and forest meadow and lauc;
12.14. to perform actions that cause soil erosion;
12.15. installing a fenced wildlife species in open-air farms;
12.16. to construct new buildings, except for the conservation of habitats and this provision required 10.11.1. the referred object construction;
12.17. without written coordination with the reserve Administration: 12.17.1. organize outdoor mass sports, entertainment and leisure activities involving more than 50 people;
12.17.2. collecting natural materials collections;
12.17.3. scientific studies;
12.17.4. install new and expand existing maritime resources base;

Construction of a nature park zone permitted under the municipal territory planning, respecting the statutory procedures and restrictions. V. natural monuments 18. These rules also apply to the barring existing natural monuments: 18.1. protection of geological and geomorphological natural monument;
18.2. the protected trees-native and alien species of his (trees whose girth 1.3 metres from tree roots neck or height is not less than the provisions set out in annex 4). 19. 19.2. to obtain valid minerals, except for underground water extraction for personal use;

19.4. without written coordination with the reserve Administration: 19.4.1. make a monument of nature management measures it for future protection and conservation;
19.4.2. take the underground construction and operation of buildings, which are not related to the extraction of mineral resources. 20. in addition to paragraph 19 of these rules with the requirements laid down in the geological and geomorphological protected natural monuments in the territory prohibited to: 20.1. write, draw, and etch the natural monuments and move;
20.2. to cut the trees clear cut;
20.3. without written coordination with the reserve Administration: 20.3.1. cleanse natural monuments;
20.3.2. organise classes and race rock climbing;
20.3.3. to cut trees in the main lock, as well as the main national forest harvesting by the health service, the receipt of the opinion. 21.
