General question 1. Rāzn national park administration (further-Administration) is the Minister of the environment direct regulatory authority. II. Administration functions, tasks and rights 2. Administration shall have the following functions: 2.1. manage Rāzn national park;

4.7. to organize and promote ecotourism and environmental education infrastructure planning and implementation;

4.9 concluding private deals that required administration tasks;
