Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 88 in 2007 (30 January. 8. § 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 12 March 2002, Regulation No 107 of the "chemical and chemical product classification, labelling and packaging the order" Issued in accordance with the chemicals and chemical products Act article 10 the third paragraph and the third subparagraph of article 12 to make a Cabinet of 12 March 2002, Regulation No 107 of the "chemical and chemical product classification, labelling and packaging arrangements" (Latvian journal, 2002 , 143 no; 2003, 151 no; in 2005, 68 no). the following amendments: 1. 2. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. the explosive, extremely flammable, highly flammable and flammable chemical products are to be classified in accordance with the provisions of the annex, as well as on the basis of their physical and chemical properties of evaluation tests conducted according to the regulations on laboratory methods for chemicals and chemical products, physical, chemical, toxicological or ecotoxicological properties."
