Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 114 in Riga in 2007 (13 February. No. 12 23) amendments to the Cabinet of the July 12, 2005 "Regulation No 520 crew members of vehicles of the organisation of working time, and the accounting rules" issued under the Highway Traffic Act article 31 in the first part of the Cabinet of Ministers Made the July 12, 2005 "Regulation No 520 crew members of vehicles of the organisation of working time, and the accounting rules" (Latvian journal, 2005, 115 No; 2006, nr. 21) the following amendments: 1. Add to 17 after the word "regulations" with the words "as well as on the storage order set of documents, reports and other data on the tests, which the vehicle crew member by the control authorities in connection with this company, if the checks carried out at their premises, as well as on the road check this company drivers ".
2. Add to 24 after the word "end" with the words "but documents, records and other relevant data for tests of the vehicle crew member by the control authorities in connection with this company, if the checks carried out at their premises, as well as on the road check this company drivers, at least one year after the end of the relevant period".
3. Add to 25 after the word "data" with the words "as well as the rules referred to in paragraph 24 of the documents, records and other relevant data on inspections".
4. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) Council of 11 March 2002 Directive 2002/15/EC on the organisation of the working time of persons performing mobile road transport activities;
2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2006, Directive 2006/22/EC concerning the minimum conditions of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 and 3821/85 concerning the implementation of the social legislation relating to activities in the area of the port and the autotran of Council Directive 88/599/EEC.
