3.4. the residence permit request and if the decision on the issue of the residence permit is not required in the Administration confirmed the call. 4. 7.3. If the received visa requests from foreigners, which is a Member State of the European Union, the countries of the European economic area or the Swiss Confederation the citizens of family member, the security police and the constitutional protection office shall deliver an opinion without delay, but not later than one working day after the visas of foreigners request the transmission of documents to the appropriate authority;
7.4. If the circumstances are found to which foreigners could be appointed by the Republic of Latvia, the security police or the constitutional protection office shall immediately inform the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that opinion take longer than this rule 7.2 and 7.3, and the opinion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Consular Department nine working days. 8. If a visa is required for a visa at the border inspection post, request additional checks in the following order: 8.1. State border guard of the foreigners receive visas request documents, send them immediately to the security police;
8.2. the security police shall deliver an opinion to the National Guard immediately after foreigners visas request receipt of security police;
8.3. the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the request to issue a visa at the border inspection post shall send the National Guard to the security police and the constitutional protection Office;
8.4. the opinion of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the request State guard and the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide immediately, but not later than specified in the request at the time of the entry of foreigners. 9. If a visa is required in the Administration and a decision on the issue of a visa does not require Administration confirmed the invitation, visa request additional checks in the following order: 9.1. 9.2. the Security Police Board shall deliver an opinion without delay, but not later than one working day after the visas of foreigners, the receipt of the request, the security police;
9.3. If the conditions are found that foreigners would not be able to enter the Republic of Latvia, the police shall immediately inform the Administration about that opinion take longer than this provision 9.2 bottom point, and give its opinion to the Board of nine working days. 10. If the residence permit is required in the Administration and a decision on the issue of the residence permit is not required in the Administration approved izsa Kuma, the residence permit request additional checks in the following order: 10.1 management, receive a residence permit for foreigners to request documents, send them immediately to the security police;
10.2. The Security Police Board shall give its opinion within nine working days after foreigners residence permits receipt of documents at the request of the judicial police;
10.3. 11.3. If the residence permit is required to be served under an accelerated procedure, the representation of the mark in the security police and the constitutional protection office in the residence permit request documents showing why the residence permit required to be served under an accelerated procedure, and shall immediately inform the judicial police and the Office for the protection of the Constitution.
