Make the following paragraph 12: "the Council is composed of 12. : 12.1 two authorised representatives of the Ministry of finance;
12.2. the Ministry of Economic Affairs authorised representative;
12.3. The Ministry of agriculture authorized representative;
12.4. two State revenue service's main customs administration authorized representatives;
12.5. the Ministry of the environment authorized representative. "
