Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 102 in Riga in 2007 (13 February. 33. § 12) animal feed business people involved in the recognition and registration procedures issued pursuant to the law of animal feed chain 3. the second paragraph of article i. General questions 1. animal feed business people involved in the recognition and registration procedures in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council: 1.1. European Parliament and Council of 12 January 2005, Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 laying down requirements for feed hygiene (hereinafter Regulation No 183/2005);
1.2. European Parliament and Council of 29 April 2004, Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules (hereinafter Regulation No 882/2004). 2. Regulation No 183/2005 and (EC) No 882/2004 on certain functions carried out by the competent authority of the food and veterinary service (hereinafter service). 3. the State Agency "agricultural data centre" (hereinafter-the data center) in Regulation No 183/2005, the competent authorities shall set up and maintain functions-Regulation No 183/2005, article 9, paragraph 3 of the animal food chain stakeholders. 4. animal feed business people involved in the registry administrator's data center. 5. Data Center for the animal food chain stakeholders: 5.1 free gives public authorities the information contained in the register;
5.2. the following public information in the registry: 5.2.1. registration or recognition of the assigned number;
5.2.2. the persons name, surname or name (legal person);
5.2.3. the place of the actual address and telephone number;
5.2.4. the registration number in the register of companies;
5.2.5. the registered or recognised persons or activities. 6. animal feed business person shall bear the expenses related to the recognition and registration. Monitoring service on the State budget. 7. If the animal feed business person carried out both with the primary production-related and non-related activities, it shall submit the application to the Department pursuant to this provision the model in annex 1, as well as the application shall be accompanied by documents according to the rules of annex 2 and 3. II. Recognition 8. Service recognises the animal feed business, which carries out Regulation No 183/2005, article 10, paragraph 1, and medicated feed animal-related activities. 9. to animal feed business in person at each step of the way to be recognised, it must provide the service: 9.1. application and documents according to these rules 1, 2 and 3 of the annex;
9.2. documentation in accordance with Regulation No 183/2005 Annex 2. 10. the service shall inform the data center for receiving the application. 11. By paragraph 9 of these regulations, referred to in the submission and receipt of documents launched the animal feed chain involved and recognition month examine the documents presented, as well as to assess whether the animal feed business activities of the person corresponds to Regulation No 183/2005 and animal feed and animal health laws and regulatory requirements. 12. by paragraph 11 of these rules for the assessment of service referred to in one of the following decisions: 12.1 on animal feed business in personal recognition;
12.2. about the animal feed chain involved conditional recognition, giving justified reasons;
12.3. for refusal of recognition, giving substantiated reasons. 13. service of the decision taken in written or electronic form shall notify the animal feed business. 14. the service 10 days after this rule 12.1 and 12.2. the decision referred to in the animal feed business person, a certificate of recognition is issued, specifying: 14.1. approval number granted;
14.2. name (legal person);
14.3. the registration number in the register of companies;
14.4. the activities of the person in accordance with Regulation No. 183/2005, article 10 paragraph 1 and curative animal feed. 15. animal feed business in person 10 days written or electronically submitted Service Regulation No 183/2005, article 9 paragraph 2 of the information required. Service week assess this information and shall take a decision on the amendment of the certificate of recognition. 16. the amendments made in the certificate of recognition for 10 days after this provision in paragraph 15, the adoption of that decision. III. Primary production or related activities involved registration 17. To record the animal feed chain involved in primary production activities, or activities associated with it, it shall provide the data center application according to the rules of the model set out in annex 4. 18. Data Center after this provision referred to in paragraph 17 of the receipt of the application to register the animal feed business person and in written or electronic form shall inform him of the registration. 19. Data Center records of persons registered in the animal feed chain in the register of the persons involved, including: 19.1. the assigned registration number;
19.2. the persons name, surname or name (legal entity), the legal and actual address of the place of business;
19.3. the registration number in the register of companies;
19.4. the registered person or uses. 20. animal feed business registration number of the person include: 20.1. the international standards organization (ISO) code;

20.2. septiņzīmj number. 21. After the animal feed chain going assessments by the mystery person in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 service may decide on the animal feed chain, the mystery of the person going the withdrawal of registration, giving substantiated reasons. 22. the service shall inform data centre about this rule referred to in paragraph 21 of the decision. 23. animal feed business in person 10 days written or electronically submitted data center Regulation No 183/2005, article 9 paragraph 2 provided information indicating date of the change. 24. Data Center a week after this provision in paragraph 23 of this disclosure makes changes to the registry. 25. Data Center quarterly provides service to restore the information about changes to the registry. IV. Animal feed business (excluding primary production) of stakeholders 26 registration to record the animal feed business activity of the person (other than the primary production), it shall submit the application to the Department pursuant to the provisions of the model in annex 1, as well as the application shall be accompanied by documents according to the rules of annex 2 and 3. 27. the service for receiving the application shall inform the data center. Data Center recorded animal feed business, and service two weeks issuing the registration certificate. 28. Data Center records of persons registered in the animal feed chain in the register of the persons involved, including: 28.1. assigned registration number;
28.2. the name, the place of the legal and actual address;
28.3. the registration number in the register of companies;
28.4. the registered person or uses. 29. animal feed business registration number of the person include: 29.1. the international standards organization (ISO) code;
29.2. septiņzīmj number. 30. After the animal feed business assessment of the person in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 service may decide on the animal feed chain involved the withdrawal of registration, giving substantiated reasons. 31. the service shall inform data centre about this rule referred to in paragraph 30 of the decision. 32. the animal feed business in person 10 days written or electronically submitted Service Regulation No 183/2005, article 9 paragraph 2 provided information indicating date of the change. 33. the service week examined this provision the information referred to in paragraph 32, the change in the register and issue a new certificate of registration. V. concluding questions 34. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet's June 10, 2003, the provisions of no. 302 "animal feed business people involved in the recognition and registration procedures and requirements of the animal food chain stakeholders" (Latvian journal, 2003, 89 no; 2005, no 80). 35. animal feed business entities that are registered or recognized under the Cabinet's June 10, 2003 regulations No 302 "animal feed business people involved in the recognition and registration procedures and requirements of the animal food chain stakeholders", three months after the entry into force of these regulations shall submit the application to the Department to change the registration or certificate of recognition. 36. The registered animal feed business-person 1 January 2008 shall comply with Regulation No 183/2005 (I), (II) or (iii) put the Tween to the requirements and submit to the service or data centre Declaration (annex 5). 37. If the animal feed business in person 1 January 2008 not presented this rule declaration referred to in paragraph 35, the service or the data center marks it in the register and in the animal feed business person is excluded from the register.
