Make 3.6. subparagraph by the following: "2.2. new vehicles belonging to categories T1, T2 and T3, which is of the type approved before 1 July 2005 and which will be in service until July 1, 2009.".
2. Amend section 23.1.3..
3. Supplement with 54 and 55 as follows: "54. Vehicles which do not comply with the requirements of this regulation, the Centre from 1 July 2007 shall not grant EC type-approval, the EC type-approval of acknowledges that these vehicles are assigned to other European fisheries today, Mike's area.
55. the requirements of this regulation which do not comply with new vehicles in the base certificates from July 1, 2009 should no longer be used when recording the sale and putting into service of these vehicles. "
4.
