14.8. to carry out land transformation, except transformation: 14.8.1. Watch Tower construction those provisions listed in annex 1;
14.8.2. specially protected habitat restoration;
14.9. to burn dry grasses and reeds, except where necessary for the management of nature and are written in accordance with the relevant regional environmental governance and the institutions responsible for fire protection and fire-fighting;

16.4. bonfire outside the specified or specially equipped places according to annex 1 of these provisions, with the exception of incineration residues of digging fire under forest management regulatory laws;
16.5. to allow the dog being in the outdoors without a leash and uzpurņ, with the exception of hunting regulatory laws in certain cases and order;
16.6. to cut trees and clear cut the curls in reconstructive;
10.4. the care of hair, felling the prevailing tree species of valdaudz trees (except in declining growth, disease, pest infested infected or otherwise damaged trees), where the predominant tree species aged: 16.7.1. pine groves-60 years;

16.10. stands dead trees to cut and remove fallen trees, krital, or parts thereof, which is the diameter of the larger space is greater than 25 cm, with the exception of dangerous trees or part of the harvest. 17.
