Replace the words "in paragraph 7 (B)-sugar manufacturer in particular" with the words "(B)-sugar producers in a specific".
2. Put the designation "7 D" as follows: "(D)-the total sugar beet quantity (in tonnes) for which this rule 5.4 below in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph received submissions receiving restructuring aid to sugar beet growers."
3. Supplement with 14.1 points as follows: "14. This rule 13.3. social plan referred to in the companies included in the company's restructuring costs of sugar producers ' employees are compensatory in nature, if they meet the following: 14.11. approximately 50% of the amount that represents the employees in the December 2006 monthly salary multiplied by the number of years which worked in the sugar producer in the company;

14.13.20% of the amount produced by 31 December 2006 at the age of 55 have reached the employee's December 2006 monthly salary multiplied by the number of complete months from the termination of the days remaining until retirement age;
14.14.100% of the amount resulting from the number of months for which the employee termination date is less than five years remaining until retirement age, the less the 12 months and the amount obtained by multiplying with 120.
