No 19 35) State compensation registry rules Issued in accordance with the law "on State compensation to victims" 6. the third paragraph of article 1. determines the State compensation register (hereinafter register) amount of information required and the arrangements for access to this information. 2. A natural person whose criminal law recognized as victims, in the register shall include the following: 2.1 name (name), surname;
2.2. personal code;
2.3. date of birth;
2.4. nationality;
2.5. in the Republic of Latvia registered residence address, or-if the person is not registered in the Republic of Latvia's home-the specified home address (the address where the person is reachable);
2.6. contact information (phone, fax number, e-mail address). 3. If the person died as a result of a crime and the victim recognised that the surviving spouse of the deceased in the upstream or downstream relatives, or first degree adoptive collaterals for spouse, adoptive parent or relatives of the register shall include the following particulars: 3.1. name (name), surname;
3.2. personal code;
3.3. date of birth;
3.4. nationality;
3.5. the degree of relationship with the person recognised as a victim;
3.6. in the Republic of Latvia registered residence address, or-if the person is not registered in the Republic of Latvia's home-the specified home address (the address where the person is reachable);
3.7. contact information (phone, fax number, e-mail address). 4. If the victim of their rights is implemented through a representative, as a representative of the registry shall contain the following information: 4.1. name (name), surname;
4.2. ID code;
4.3. date of birth;
4.4. nationality;
4.5. in the Republic of Latvia registered residence address, or-if the person is not registered in the Republic of Latvia's home-the specified home address (the address where the person is reachable);
4.6. contact information (phone, fax number, e-mail address). 5. On violent crime in the register shall include the following: 5.1 date and place;
5.2. qualification under criminal law;
5.3. the initiation of criminal proceedings and the number of criminal cases;
5.4. the nature of the damage caused;
5.5. a document that points to the stage of criminal proceedings, claiming the State (type, number, date of issue, issuing country, the issuing authority). 6. On the legal aid administration (further-Administration), the decisions taken and the amount of compensation paid in the register shall include the following particulars: 6.1. decision number, date;
6.2. details of the challenge, the appeals of the decision;
6.3. the amount of the refund requested;
6.4. the amount of compensation paid;
6.5. a reduction in the amount of the refund. 7. On the recovery of the victim in the register shall include the following: 7.1 the decision on paid State compensation date and number;
7.2. the amount recovered;
7.3. the amounts recovered;
7.4. the date when the decision is released;
7.5. the sworn bailiff, which decision is released;
7.6. the execution of the decision or its partial execution date, or tag on the drive. 8. On recovery from violent criminal offender or his accomplices, the register shall include the following: 8.1 the word (words), last name;
