No 24 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 June 2005, regulations No. 409 "food chain of professional qualifications of persons employed" Issued under the food surveillance law in the fifth paragraph of article 8 to make a Cabinet of 14 June 2005, regulations No. 409 "food chain of professional qualifications of persons employed" (Latvian journal, 2005, 96 no) the following amendments: 1. Make the paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the provisions do not apply to : 2.1. primary production;
2.2. the transport and wholesale of food;
2.3. food production in the home and retail sales (except 6 and 8 of these regulations.). "
2. Supplement with 13.1 points by the following: "13.1 an employee who started training until 24 April 2007 to obtain professional training in the food industry, can take up the post under the fourth and fifth professional qualification level until 1 January 2009."
