Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 260 in Riga in 2007 (April 17. No. 24) Detective licensing and certification provisions Issued in accordance with article 3 of the law of the Detective's third and article 13 i. The Commission shall adopt the decisions on the issue of licences and certificates, the extension of their period of validity, licences and certificates as well as the withdrawal or suspension. If the detective agencies that paragraph 7 has not delivered within the time limit referred to in the renewal of the licence application, as well as the rules referred to in point 8, the application documents shall be submitted to the general licence procedures. 10. To extend the period of validity of the certificate, the detective not later than 30 days before the expiry of the period of validity of the certificate shall submit an application in the Ministry of the Interior of the period of validity of the certificate extension. 11. to add the application to the Detective: 11.1. photo (3 x 4 cm);

The Commission shall, on the basis of an application, issue a duplicate of the licence or certificate. 24.0. on issue of licences and certificates-three lats. 39. A State fee shall be paid before receipt of the licence and the certificate. 40. State fee including the State budget. 41.
