Akrobātisko flights according to these rules 16, 17 and 18 in line with the national joint stock company "Latvian air traffic" (further-the Latvian air traffic), and dedicated in a delimited airspace area (hereinafter referred to as the demarcated area). 5. Prohibited akrobātisko flights: 7.1. below the pilot's qualifications relevant minimum height or flights that do not meet the qualifications of the pilot;
7.2. the period from sunset to Sunrise;
7.3. the above cities and places where the outdoors gathered people;
7.4. the outside acrobatic flights in certain designated areas. 8. to obtain the permission of the Civil Aviation Agency, at least five working days before the planned acrobatic flight made the applicant (holder of the zone) in the application for the establishment of the zone to perform acrobatic flight in addition to the laws of the Republic of Latvia to the airspace structure and its change agenda for the prescribed information or submission shall be accompanied by the following: 8.1 the security zone (buffer) space coordinates that determine such distance: 8.1.1. uncontrolled airspace-1.5 nautical miles in the horizontal plane and 1000 feet above the upper limit of the zone in the vertical plane;
8.1.2. in controlled airspace-five nautical miles in the horizontal plane and 1000 feet above the upper limit of the zone in the vertical plane;
8.2. operating procedure the zone description (including planned akrobātisko flights). 9. If the acrobatic flights planned do not pose a threat to civil aviation security or the safety of the Civil Aviation Agency, within three working days following that rule 8 referred to receiving permits and create a delimited zone according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia to the airspace structure and its change agenda. 10. before using the zone started its operational procedures into line with the Civil Aviation Agency. A Pilot who is not the holder of the zone, akrobātisko flights designated zone may be carried out if the flights are in agreement with the above zone users are familiar with the operational zone and tested procedures or submitted by users of the zone: 14.1. certificate of airworthiness of the aircraft or aircraft standard certificate for validity of the flights;

14.4. the planned flight time and duration. 15. the holder of the zone in radio contact with the pilot of the aircraft that perform acrobatic flights, provide a separate frequency. 16. before the planned flight no later than the previous day at 17.00 the zone shall inform the holder of the Latvian air traffic for acrobatic flight launch time and duration. 17.
