If the Fund Council members have no objection to the proposal for a draft decision or, members of the Board of the Fund shall inform the administration of the Fund by electronic means; 16.14. If the objections and proposals on the draft decision have not been received within the time limit, the decision shall be deemed to be accepted if at least four members of the Board of the Fund under this provision laid down in subparagraph 3 10.0 is electronically informed the administration of the Fund; 16.15. the decision taken shall be signed by the Chairman and by the Fund indicates that the decision adopted without calling a meeting of the Council. The administration of the Fund shall send a certified copy of this decision to the members of the Council of the Foundation. "
