3.2. weighing equipment passport copy (the original show). 4. the provisions referred to in paragraph 3 for the receipt of documents by the State revenue service territorial customs offices, the customs official shall monitor product weighing venue and draw up a customs inspection. 5. on the basis of the documents submitted and the merchant product weighing locations of the survey results, the State revenue service territorial customs authority shall take one of the following decisions: 5.1 to grant approved economic operator authorised weigher for fresh banana's status and to issue the permit;
5.2. to refuse recognition of the status of authorised weigher for fresh bananas. Such a decision shall be taken, if the operator does not comply with the European Commission on 2 July 1993, Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 laying down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code (hereinafter Regulation No 2454/93), 290. " (b) the requirements set out in article. 6. After the merchant has prevented this provision in the decision referred to in paragraph 5.2 contains shortcomings, it is eligible for the State revenue service territorial customs authority to re-submit the application in weigher for fresh banana recognised status and authorization. 7. the State revenue service territorial customs authority may take a decision on the withdrawal of the authorisation in accordance with Regulation No 2454/93 290.
