Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 383, Riga, 12 June 2007 (pr. No 35 8) amendments to the Cabinet of 15 April 2003, regulations No. 183 "invitations" issued the approval procedure in accordance with immigration law article 3, third paragraph, and article 13, first subparagraph make the Cabinet of 15 April 2003, the Regulation No 183 of the approval procedure for "invitation" (Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 65; 2004, nr. 81; 2005, 28, 126 no; 2006, 60 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 11.2.5. subparagraph by the following : "11.2.5. home address home State;".
2. Express 15.1 3.2. subparagraph by the following: "15.1 3.2. for foreigners in specialty, profession or trade;".
3. Supplement with 15.1 3.5. subparagraph by the following: "15.1 3.5 for the performance space (address)."
4. Supplement with 19.6. bottom point as follows: "12.2. If the information received in the Administration shows no sign of sustainable ties with foreigners in his home country, and there is reason to believe that a foreigner poses a risk of illegal immigration."
5. Express 21.8. and 13.6. subparagraph by the following: "service marks: 21.8.21.8.1. information security police of the need to take an additional examination;
21.8.2. additional information the mission official that the umbrella term compe visa enquiry;
13.6. decisions: the decision taken 21.9.1.. If the decision is not an invitation to confirm or cancel a confirmed invitation, indicate the relevant immigration law article 16, first paragraph, point or paragraph 19 of these rules at the bottom;
21.9.2. officials who acted (name (name), surname, position);
21.9.3. date of adoption of the decision; ".
6. Delete paragraph 21.10.
