No 36 19) municipal police issued approves, in accordance with the law "on police" article 19 eighth 1. local police are armed unarmed municipal institution whose duty is to protect life, health, rights and freedoms, property, public security and national interests from criminal and other unlawful threats. 2. local police should have its seal with the coat of arms of the municipality of images and the full name of the municipal police, in accordance with a specimen form, checking account and municipal police flag. 3. the police duties of the municipal administrative territory concerned is defined by law "on the police" in article 19 the second and fourth. 4. the municipal police employee rights are defined in the law "on police" article 12 1., 2., 3., 4., 5., 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 20, 21, 24, 26, 27 and 28. 5. Municipal police officers in the performance of their duties, have the right to: 5.1 to use law "on police" article 19 of the sixth part of certain special features mentioned in article 13 of the law set out in the order;
5.2. the law "on police" in article 14 in the order and apply in the situations provided for in the firearms. 6. the Chief of police of a municipality has the right to cancel illegal municipal police officers. 7. The municipal Chief of police shall take a decision on the individual's challenging municipal police officers issued the administrative act or actual action. 8. Municipal Police Chief to succeed administrative provisions and actual action may appeal to the Court. 9. The municipal Chief of police not less than annually submit to the authorities a report on municipal police functions and the use of budget resources, as well as the laws and regulations established shall prepare an annual public report.
