5.3. the amount calculated using the following formula: M = X 1 + X 2 + X 3 + X 4 where M-fee per year ($);
X 1-the total estimated price of the hunting area (Ls) for available winter feed base Moose;
X 2-the total estimated price of the hunting area (Ls) for available winter feed base deer;
X 3-the total estimated price of the hunting area (Ls) for available winter feed base deer;
X 4-the total estimated price of the hunting area (Ls) for available winter feed base wild boar. 6. If the hunting area is located in specially protected natural territory under environmental protection laws regulating is definitely hunting restrictions, possessor of the charge determines the benefit: 6.1. reducing the charge of 25% for each species of cloven-hoofed animals, the hunting of this species in the area hunting is prohibited;
6.2. the fee shall be reduced by 10% for each species of cloven-hoofed animals, the hunting area for this species (Moose, red deer, roe deer, wild boar) hunting season restrictions. 7. The tenant is entitled to charge relief: 7.1 if the educational institution organized hunting for the implementation of the training process according to accredited educational programs on hunting and hunting farms law letting the goal is agreed with the Ministry of agriculture. 7.2. If the hunting rights are leased to wild populations and scientific research in accordance with hunting farm Development Fund Council accepted projects or others from the State budget financed research projects, and hunting law letting the goal is agreed with the Ministry of agriculture. In such cases, the calculated fee reduced 90%. 8. for the benefit of this provision of the fee referred to in paragraph 7, where the lessee shall submit an application to the possessor. The application specifies the rent a little name, surname and personal code (physical person) or the name (business name) and number of the registration (legal person), address, telephone number, rental agreement number, date of conclusion of the contract of rent and charges of receipt of the grounds for relief, as well as: 8.1. when to grant relief under this provision, the application of paragraph 7.1.
