No 33 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 9 November 2004, the Regulation No 912 "State Agency" Latvian Statistical Institute "Charter" Issued in accordance with the law of public agencies in article 8 the third paragraph 1. make Cabinet November 9, 2004 the Regulation No 912 "State Agency" Latvian Statistical Institute "Charter" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 180.) the following amendments: 1. replace the title and paragraph 1, the words "the Latvian Statistical Institute" with the words "Latvian Statistics and labour market forecasting Institute";
1.2. make paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the Institute is established to implement the scientific studies in the field of statistics and to carry out studies, as well as forces analyze and forecast labour market developments."
1.3. make points 3 and 4 by the following: "3. The Institute shall have the following functions: 3.1 carry out scientific research in the statistics, as well as forces of looking at you;
3.2. to develop labour market medium and long-term forecasts.
4. in order to implement certain functions, the Institute has the following tasks: 4.1 and forces in the field of statistics: 4.1.1. perform scientific research, public management statistics, econometrics and contact science areas, implementation of subsectors and between folksy national projects and programmes;
4.1.2. make forces studies (including regularly collect data, create and analyze database) industrial, construction, investment, agricultural, retail, service, labour market and other areas, and communicate research results public and municipal authorities and international organ of the sation according the joint harmonised European Union forces and the concerned consumer survey programme;
4.1.3. to create, maintain and update the database on research and practice in an international calculations carried out in accordance with the long-term projects and contracts or by the public authorities of the order;
4.1.4. prepare and publish research papers inventory and booking of ten on the Statistics Institute's research results;
4.1.5. prepare and submit to the national and local government institutions, reports, reviews or other materials with proposals arising from the Institute's research results;
4.1.6. sign up for the research and statistical work projects or participate in projects of other organisations;
4.2. labour market projections: 4.2.1 develop labour market development scenarios and medium-and long-term forecasts;
4.2.2. carry out scientific research in the area of the labour market;
4.2.3. to create, maintain and update the database on labour market development;
4.2.4. to collect, systematize, analyse and explain the facts about labour market devel tional processes;
4.2.5. to analyse the European Union and the Latvian labour market development receives the po;
4.2.6. to maintain and improve the labour market analysis and forecasting needs the required modeling tools;
4.2.7. to organize inspection and survey on labour market issues;
4.2.8. prepare and publish research papers and statistical bulletins on the Institute's research results;
4.2.9. to prepare and submit national and municipal institutions, reports, reviews or other materials with proposals arising from the Institute's research results;
4.2.10. to sign up for research projects or to participate in other org's Institute projects. ";
1.4. make 5.4 as follows: "5.4. organize and manage seminars and conferences, as well as to participate in foreign and international institutions take measures, statistical science, labour market forecasting, provide a mutual exchange of information and experience around;".
