No 37 27) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 November 2003, the Regulation No 660 "rules on aviation accident and incident investigation" Issued in accordance with the law "on the air" 70. the first paragraph of article 1 do cabinet in 2003 25 November Regulation No 660 "rules on aviation accident and incident investigation" (Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 168; 2004, nr. 192; 2005; 2006, nr. 206.200. no) the following amendments : 1. replace paragraph 3, the words "aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau" with the words "Transport accident and incident investigation Bureau";
1.2. expression of annex 1 paragraph 15 as follows: "15. Malfunction of more than one aircraft flight control and navigation security reserve system.";
1.3. to replace the words "in annex 1.1 aviation accident and incident investigation Bureau" (fold) with the words "Transport accident and incident investigation Bureau" (fold);
1.4. to supplement the provisions of chapter X with the following wording: "the final question X 61. Bureau of investigation investigators service licences issued up to 30 June 2007, shall be valid until the date specified in them, but no longer than up to august 31, 2007."
