No 41 24) amendments to the Cabinet of 15 April 2003, regulations No. 182 "catalogue of plant varieties regulations" Issued in accordance with the law of the movement of the Seed article 2 1, point "b" section to make the Cabinet of 15 April 2003, regulations No. 182 "catalogue of plant varieties regulations" (Latvian journal, 2003, 60 no; 2005; 2006, 131 no, 75 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented by the following point 4.1 : "the applicant may submit the application 4.1 to assess the economic characteristics of the variety: 4.1 1. organic farming; 4.1 2. conventional agriculture; 4.1 3. both organic and conventional agriculture. " 2. Express 8.2. subparagraph by the following: "8.2. conventional and organic varieties intended for commercial properties valued under the appropriate breed characteristics of methodology of economic evaluation criteria set out in. The economic results of the evaluation of the characteristics considered as positive when compared to conventional or organic farming provided and included in the catalogue of varieties in any given region of production, where the variety is growing over that, or from the use of the product in terms of quality. If the variety has one outstanding characteristic, small gaps do not respect them; ". 3. Make the following paragraph 14.2, "economic characteristics of the variety of 14.2, conventional agriculture assessed under the following conditions: 1. summer cereal 14.2, the annual fodder plant, oil, textile, potatoes and beet variety-three years. If the results are conclusive, the variety can recommend for inclusion in the catalogue also after two years; 14.2 2. winter crops of cereal varieties-three years; 14.2 3. perennial fodder plant varieties-four years in two test cycles. Pilot plants for the media twice-the first and second year. Records and observations are made in the year of the vehicle, as well as first and second year of use. " 4. Supplement with 14.3 points as follows: "the economic properties of the variety 14.3 in organic farming shall be assessed under the following conditions: 1. summer cereal 14.3, the annual fodder plant, oil, textile, potatoes and beet varieties-two years; 2. winter crops of cereals 14.3 breed-three years; 14.3 3. perennial fodder plant varieties-two years, each year through a new trial. Records and observations are made in the year of the vehicle, as well as the use of the year. " 5. Express 21.3. subparagraph by the following: "3." does not sort charges for being in the catalogue of the variety (in accordance with the laws and regulations on State duty for the movement of seeds); ". 6. Add to the informative reference to European Union directive in paragraph 6 by the following: "6) Commission of 7 December 2006 on the directive 2006/127/EC amending Directive 2003/91/EC setting out implementing measures applying article 7 of Council Directive 2002/55/EC as regards the characteristics that you need to cover the check and the minimum conditions for different varieties of vegetable species for review." 7. To supplement annex 1 with the 12.1 point as follows: "12.1 the variety is logged for inclusion in a catalogue of the plants of Latvia: □ agricultural □ conventional organic □ both conventional and organic farming '. 8. Supplement to annex 1, paragraph 13, after the words "enough to" with the word "submission". 9. To supplement the annex to 10.1 points as follows: "10.1 variety is logged for evaluation of economic characteristics: □ agricultural □ conventional organic □ both conventional and organic farming '. 10.
