Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 412, Riga, 19 June 2007 (pr. No 36 25) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 March 2003, regulations No. 112 "order in which trainees are exempt from the national tests" Issued under the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 9, to make 1 Cabinet on March 11, 2003, regulations No. 112 "order in which trainees are exempt from the national tests" (Latvian journal, 2003, no. 44; 2006, 78 no) the following amendments: 1. replace paragraph 10, second sentence, the words "Ministry of education and science in the time specified in the order" by the words "Cabinet of Ministers rules on State tests progress in the school year on time ";
1.2. to replace paragraph 13, the words "the Minister of education and science in the time specified in the order" by the words "Cabinet of Ministers rules on State tests during the school year concerned within the time";
1.3. the deletion of paragraphs 15 and 16;
1.4. to express the attachment 105. box 4 of paragraph by the following: "6 months after discharge from the hospital";
1.5. make attachment 106. box 4 of paragraph by the following: "To obtain a remission, with children or the ortopēd traumatolog the surgeon's opinion";
1.6. to express the attachment point 111. box 4 by the following: "strictly individually, with a heart surgeon or baby reimatolog's opinion";
1.7. put the attachment point 121. box 4 by the following: "not less than 3 months after discharge from the hospital, the surgeon's opinion of the child".
