Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 507 in Riga, July 24, 2007 (pr. No 42 22) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on august 13, 1996 by Regulation No 327 "the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and drug transit rules" Issued in accordance with the law "on the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances to legitimate movement order" article 30 make the Cabinet august 13, 1996 by Regulation No 327 "the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and drug transit" (Latvia's journal, 1996, no. 139; 1998, 228./229.nr.; 2003, 167 no) the following amendments : 1. Replace the text, the words "the national medicines agency" (fold) with the words "the State Agency of medicines" (fold). 2. paragraph 1 shall be expressed by the following: "1. the provisions laid down in Latvia controlled substances to the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors included in list II and III in the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and drug transit rules and armed guard in order to prevent the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and drug smuggling, illegal movement of their displacement, as well as the illegal transit." 3. Replace paragraph 2, the introductory part of paragraph 3 and in paragraph 4, the word "application" (the fold) with the word "submission" (fold). 4. Express points 6 and 7 by the following: "6. the licences shall be issued subject to the national agency of medicinal products in accordance with the controlled drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors (II) and (iii) list. 7. the authorisation of the medicinal product Before a government agency can request information from the information society and the importer to the competent authorities of the exporting country, to verify the legality of the operation of transit. " 5. Replace paragraph 8, the word "applicant" with the words "applicant". 6. Replace paragraph 11, the words "the Director General" with the words "the Director". 7. Put the following in paragraph 14: "14. the model form set out in the annex to these provisions." 8. Express 21 as follows: "goods imported 21 European Union customs territory, crossing of the customs control point shall submit the Treaty on transit cargo of armed security guards. The cargo through the territory of Latvia may be transported only armed security escort. " 9.
