Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 517 in Riga, July 24, 2007 (pr. No 42 17) transport control order Issued in accordance with article 4 of the law on road transport of the second and the third paragraph of article 5.2 i. General questions 1. establish procedures for the control of road transport. 2. Road transport control objective is to ensure that transport is carried out according to the occupation of road haulage operator regulatory normative acts of the Republic of Latvia and the international agreements binding for Latvia and of the country, the carrier and the protection of consumers ' interests, including the protection of the interests of the child. 3.
