No 42 17) transport control order Issued in accordance with article 4 of the law on road transport of the second and the third paragraph of article 5.2 i. General questions 1. establish procedures for the control of road transport. 2. Road transport control objective is to ensure that transport is carried out according to the occupation of road haulage operator regulatory normative acts of the Republic of Latvia and the international agreements binding for Latvia and of the country, the carrier and the protection of consumers ' interests, including the protection of the interests of the child. 3. Road transport controls such control services: 3.1 municipal definitely control services (institutions or am a person)-law on local control of the transport service controls in the order;
3.2. control services to the carrier-carrier in accordance with the approved internal procedures. Control services to the carrier has the right to control the only road taken by the economic operator;
3.3. border inspection posts of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Russian Federation, on the border of the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Belarus State border, in the border zone, as well as ports: 3.3.1. national border controls: 3.3.1.1. documents certifying the right to drive a vehicle of the category concerned;
3.3.1.2. vehicle registration document;
3.3.1.3. vehicle owner's civil liability compulsory insurance;
3.3.1.4. the vehicle documents for State technical inspection validity period;
3.3.1.5. the regular route bus permit international routes;
3.3.1.6. passenger list (the books), by making marks on the examination of the actual situation found compliance with the passenger list (Formulary) that, except where the transport is carried out in accordance with the regular international bus routes;
3.3.2. the customs authority control: 3.3.2.1. bulky and heavy freight transport licences;
3.3.2.2. cargo securing compliance with the provisions;

3.3.2.4. the transport of dangerous goods regulations, for each tested vehicle transporting dangerous goods by road shall be drawn up in three copies of the inspection Protocol (annex 1). The first copy of the Protocol is stored by the control body of the Protocol, the second copy shall be issued by the tested vehicle operator, the third copy shall be sent to the inspection of road transport;
3.3.2.5. a foreign registered vehicle in international contracts for the carriage of goods by road international transport permit specified (such as bilateral journeys, in transit to or from third countries, combined shipping, per journey, the children of multiple drive, ro-ro traffic), compliance with the transport authorization in connection with other documents and information for shippers and recipients, as well as making marks and recorded in the permit;
3.3.2.6. 5.3. at least six times a year are performed in concerted roadside checks, carried out simultaneously by two or more Member States control authorities within their national territory. 6. 18.4. make sure that the merchant making the necessary controller to control the documents requested. 19. in agreement with the economic operator, the document control can perform auto inspections of transport facilities. For documents delivered to the road transport inspection rooms present the transfer and adoption of legislation. The Act specifies the control documents presented. 20. 3) Commission 13 December 2004, Directive 2004/112/EC, adapting to technical progress Council Directive 95/50/EC on uniform procedures for checks on the transport of dangerous goods by road.
