4. Supplement with 59.7. bottom point as follows: "59.7. inquiries receive (in person, by registered letter, electro, electronic check the diplomatic representation of the Republic of Latvia abroad)."
5. Supplement with 59.1 points following: 59.1 "a statement of a legal person the applicable administrative penalties and coercive means of influence is the right to be a representative of a legal person, the presentation of the mandate: 59.11. personally, on arrival at the Interior Ministry's information center;

6. To express 60 as follows: "60.
