2.6. 5. the Commission shall assess the month of the organisation to compliance with the rules referred to in paragraph 2, the criteria and accepts one of the following decisions: 5.1 assign the breeders ' organisations;
5.2. the grant of breeders ' organization.
6. at the end of the breeding period of the programme, the Organization shall submit to the Commission for the evaluation: 6.1 develop a breeding program for five years;
6.2. streamlined rules for farm animals variety denominations;
6.3. review of activities for the previous period;

7. The provisions of paragraph 6, the Commission's document, but the organisation's compliance with this provision 2. criteria referred to in paragraph 1.
8. If the Organization breeding programme period enhances the breeding program or amend it, such amendments shall be submitted to the Commission. The Commission shall assess the compliance of the amendments to the rules laid down in paragraph 2.
9. Commission decisions on the Organization's compliance (or lack thereof) of these terms referred to in paragraph 2, the criteria can be a challenge during the cold months or the application of the State inspection of superior Breeding.
