Complement with 48, 49 and 50 of the following paragraph: "2. These provisions 48. table 1 of the annex 71, 72 and 73. paragraph shall enter into force with the September 2, 2007. 49. This provision of the annex 2 table 1 74, 75 and 76. paragraph shall enter into force on 17 November 2007. 50. This provision of the annex 2 table 2 in paragraph 64 shall enter into force on 27 November 2007. " 2.
