Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 553 in Riga in 2007 (14 august. 45. § 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" Issued under the plant protection act article 5 paragraph 4 to make a Cabinet of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 49; 2005; 2006, no. 24, 71, no. 134; 2007, No 4) follows : 1. Complement with 48, 49 and 50 of the following paragraph: "2. These provisions 48. table 1 of the annex 71, 72 and 73. paragraph shall enter into force with the September 2, 2007. 49. This provision of the annex 2 table 1 74, 75 and 76. paragraph shall enter into force on 17 November 2007. 50. This provision of the annex 2 table 2 in paragraph 64 shall enter into force on 27 November 2007. " 2. Add to the informative reference to directives of the European Union with 35, 36 and 37 as follows: ' 35) Commission of 21 February 2007 of Directive 2007/11/EC amending the annexes to Council Directives 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for acetamiprid, thiacloprid, imazosulfuron, methoxyfenozide, S-metholachlor, milbemectin and tribenuron residues; 36) Commission 15 May 2007 of Directive 2007/27/EC amending certain Council Directives 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for etoxazole, indoxacarb, mesosulfuron, 1-metilcikl-propēn, MCPA and MCPB, tolylfluanid and triticonazole residues; 37) Commission 25 May 2007 of Directive 2007/28/EC, amending certain annexes to Council Directives 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for azoxystrobin, chlorfenapyr, folpet, iprodione, lambda-cyhalothrin, maleic hydrazide, metalaxyl-M and trifloxystrobin. " 3. Add to table 1 of annex 2 to 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76. point as follows: "71.
