Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 551 in Riga in 2007 (14 august. No 45 13) College of Cosmetology Regulations Issued under the University Act 10.1 the first paragraph of article i. General questions 1. Cosmetology College (College) is a legal entity with limited liability company "UVB" (further-founder) founded the company, which after the acquisition of secondary education provides the opportunity to get first level professional higher education and professional qualifications in the fourth level. 2. College name: Latvian language 2.1-College of Cosmetology;
2.2. in English-College of cosmetology;

2.4. the Russian-Koлледж косметологии. 3. the registered office of the College-Pärnu Street 2, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia. 4. College staff collegiate representative body, which is the highest decision-making body of study and research, is a College Council (hereinafter Council). The highest decision-making body of the College's strategic, financial and economic matters is the founder of the College. College Director (hereinafter referred to as the Director) is a college senior officials, in the exercise of the College General Administrative and financial management, is responsible for the overall operations of the College and without special authorisation represents College. 5. the College can have its own flag, coat of arms, Crest, motto and anthem. 6.3. to provide for the possibility for the student to prepare for the continuing education for the second level professional higher education and professional qualifications at level 5. 7. College objectives are as follows: appropriate professions 7.1 standards and national standards of vocational training to develop professional study programmes and organize its implementation;
7.2. the development of examination content and methods, as well as to organise the examination of professional qualification;
7.3. in theory and practice to prepare qualified, competitive labour market experts according to labour demand and supply forces in Latvia;
7.4. in times of a process of study and test the quality level to College for vocational training and professional qualifications recognised in Latvia and abroad;
7.5. to conduct research in the field of beauty and to promote undergraduate research;
7.6. to organize the College activities the axes of the appropriate measures (for example, public courses, lectures, seminars, workshops, conferences);
7.7. to cooperate with Latvian and foreign educational institutions and employers in the field of vocational training;
7.8. to inform the public about the activities of the College and professional education opportunities in College;

7.10. in cooperation with the social partners to develop continuing education programs and organize its implementation. III. the Council 8. Council in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Charter, is elected by the College staff, by secret ballot. Council elections organised by the Director. The Council shall be elected for three years. 9. the Council consists of 10 members: 9.1 the Director;
9.2. founder's authorized representative;
9.3. the five academic staff representatives;
9.4. one representative of the General staff;
9.5. the two student self-government representatives. 10. the Council, by secret vote, shall elect the President of the Council (hereinafter referred to as Chairman) and the Secretary of the Council (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary). Council minutes and proceedings in the Secretary. 11. Academic staff, general staff and student self-government shall lay down the procedure for the election of the representatives of the Council's Charter. 12.7. approve the internal rules of the College;
12.8. support the student self-government activities and harmonize its rules;
12.9. the Director shall adopt the annual activity report of the College;
12.10. Approves the College flag, coat of arms, emblem, motto and anthem;
12.11. prepares proposals on the formation of the departments of the College, and reorganize and after coordination with the authorized representative of the founder of the regulations;
12.12. proposes the question about the college name or legal status;
12.13. adopt a college Charter and amendments;
12.14. decide on other issues which are in accordance with these rules within the competence of the Council. 13. The Governing Council shall be convened by its Chairperson, Director, founder, authorised representative or at least four Council members. Meeting shall be held not less than once every two months. 14. the Council is valid, if the hearing at least seven members of the Council. Decisions shall be taken by a simple majority vote, or by secret ballot. The vote, by secret ballot if requested by at least five of the existing Council members present. The academic staff consists of: 30.1. Assistant Professor;

30.3. the Assistant. 31. the College's administrative staff is the Director and other officials, which are basic administrative work. 32. the Person elected in academic and administrative positions elected by open competition, by secret ballot, in accordance with the provisions of the statute referred to in paragraph 12.5. 35.2. constantly improve their professional qualifications, visit the methodological seminars, engage in research work;
35.3. abide by the rules of professional conduct;

22.1. to provide the student the opportunity to exercise their rights in college. 36. academic staff have the following rights: 36.1. the study programmes according to the regulations on the study-and examination arrangements-free to set the course and test content, forms and methods;
36.2. the research work, freely choose research methods, evaluate and publish research results;
36.3. submit proposals for action relevant to the objective of the College events;
22.6. to offer new courses and to propose new courses;
22.7. to make proposals for the development of the College and internal policing;
22.7. to be elected for representation, Management College, institutions and decision-making bodies. 37. College academic and general staff recruiting and released from work, founder of authorized representative. 38. XIII. reorganization and liquidation of the College 61. Decision on reorganization or liquidation of the College shall adopt the founder. Prime Minister a.
