Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 564 in Riga in 2007 (august 21. Delete paragraph 2.1., the words "(except for grain milling products, yeast, starch and starch products, distilled alcoholic beverages, ethanol production from fermented materials, the production of wine, cider and other fruit wines and other beverages, distilled from fermented materials)".
2. To supplement the provisions of paragraph 2.1 the following: "2.1 mandatory health check first and mandatory periodic health checks do not apply to persons whose work or teaching practice is associated with the following stages of the food chain: 2.11. grain milling products, malt, yeast, starch and starch products production and storage;
2.12. grape wine, fruit wine, cider, distilled alcoholic beverages and storage;

2.14. do not drink distilled from fermented materials production and storage of these drinks;
2.15. soft drink production restricted technological process and storage of these drinks;
2.16. pre-packaged food storage, transport and wholesale distribution, if the content of the product can not be accessed without opening or changing the packaging.
