No 47 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 30 January 2001, regulations No 40 "personal data processing system for the protection of the mandatory technical and organisational requirements" Issued in accordance with the individual data protection act article 26, first paragraph 1. make a Cabinet of 30 January 2001, regulations No 40 "personal data processing system for the protection of the mandatory technical and organisational requirements" (Latvian journal, 2001, no. 19) the following amendments: 1. put the name of the following : "protection of personal data required technical and organisational requirements";
1.2. the express indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "in accordance with the Issued individual data protection act article 26, first paragraph";
1.3. to make paragraph 1 by the following: "1. the provisions laid down for the protection of personal data of the mandatory technical and organisational requirements to be observed when processing personal data.";
1.4. the deletion of paragraph 2;
1.5. make paragraph 3 chapeau and subparagraph 3.1 the following: "3. the minimum of personal data protection is implemented by a technical physical and logical means of protection, ensuring that: 3.1. physical protection of personal data arising from exposure to danger;"
1.6. the introductory part of paragraph 4 worded as follows: "4. When processing personal data, the administrator provides:";
1.7. put 4.4 subparagraph by the following: "4.4. that the resources used to process the move then authorized persons;"
1.8. make 4.6 paragraph by the following: "4.6. receiving personal data, information on 4.6.1. data: the received time;
4.6.2. the person transferred personal data;
4.6.3. the person who received the personal data;
4.6.4. the received personal data. ";
1.9. to express point 5 and point 5.1 introductory paragraph by the following: "5. The curator, when processing personal data, develop internal data processing protection rules, which States: 5.1 for information resources, technical resources, and the protection of personal data of the person responsible, their rights and obligations;"
1.10. to supplement the provisions of this paragraph 5.11: "5.11. personal data of the users rights, obligations, restrictions and responsibility."
1.11. the deletion of point 6 and 7, the word "system" (the fold).
