Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 528 in 2015 (September 15. No 47 10) Slīter the national park Advisory Council Regulations Issued in accordance with the laws of the national park Slīter 15 the second subparagraph of article i. General question 1. Slīter the national park Advisory Council (hereinafter Council) is a collegiate advisory body set up to promote nature conservation and economic interests to the specially protected nature territories – the Slīter national park, the Grīņ nature reserve and the Moricsal nature reserve.
II. the Council functions, tasks and rights 2. The Council has the following functions: 2.1. participate in the national park of the Slīter, the Grīņ nature reserve and Moricsal nature reserve of the nature protection and heritage protection and use the value of the regulatory legislation (including nature conservation plan) in the design and updating; 2.2. promoting and supporting cooperation with State and local government institutions, social organisations, economic operators, natural or legal persons, as well as foreign institutions for the implementation of the Slīter national park, the Grīņ nature reserve and the establishment of the nature reserve Moricsal. 3. the Council shall have the following tasks: 3.1. give a natural authority that enable the recommendations to improve the work of the Slīter national park, the Grīņ nature reserve and the Moricsal nature reserve management; 3.2. to participate in the Slīter national park, Grīņ of the nature reserve and Moricsal nature reserve of the related conservation, heritage protection and conservation, nature education and recreation, social, business and economic development issues; 3.3. promote the Slīter national park, the Grīņ nature reserve and the Moricsal nature reserve and the use of protection and the requirements of nature protection plan. 4. the Council shall have the following rights: 4.1 once a year to request and receive a report from the environmental protection administration on the operation of the Slīter national park, the Grīņ nature reserve and the Moricsal nature reserve management; 4.2. to call upon the Council of industry professionals and experts, as well as State and local authorities; 4.3. to deal with the Slīter national park, nature reserve of Grīņ and Moricsal in the nature reserve area of territory development planning documents and projects, infrastructure development projects and concepts and to assess their compliance with the Slīter national park, the Grīņ nature reserve and Moricsal nature reserve was created for the purpose; 4.4. to ask from the State or municipal institutions, associations and foundations of the Slīter national park, the Grīņ nature reserve and Moricsal nature reserve of the related information.

IV.
