Regulation No 468 "rules on professional service soldiers and militia in the health care and social rehabilitation services, pay services and expense billing" (Latvian journal, 13, nr. 153.) the following amendments: 1. provisions of title be expressed as follows: "the provisions on active service soldiers and militia in the health care and social rehabilitation services, pay services and expense billing". 2. paragraph 1 shall be expressed by the following: "1. the provisions laid down in the paid health care and social rehabilitation services conditions, pay services and billing, as well as health care services and the non-billable expenses for soldiers in active service (hereinafter referred to as the soldiers) and militia."
