No 51 35) De minimis aid tracking and allocation arrangements in the agricultural sector, Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5 the seventh subparagraph 1. de minimis aid determines the procedure for accounting and in the agricultural sector, in accordance with the Commission on 18 December 2013 Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 for the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union and article 107.108. application of the de minimis aid in the agriculture sector (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation No 1408/2013). 2. for de minimis aid, in accordance with Commission Regulation No 1408/2013 3., 4. and 5. the conditions laid down in article, the applicant shall provide support support provider application of the de minimis aid (annex 1) (hereinafter referred to as the application). The application indicates the applicant's de minimis aid during the current year and the two previous fiscal years of de minimis aid received apart from aid and support provider. De minimis cumulation applicable de minimis aid the applicant provides information also on other project support received for the same eligible costs. If de minimis aid the applicant above de minimis aid is not received, it indicates the relevant information in the application. 3. the applicant shall submit the support application to the paper form or electronically. If the last three fiscal year period there has been de minimis aid the merger, Division or purchase, filling out the application, specify the following information: 4.1 each combining entity above de minimis aid granted; 4.2. each Division involved in the new company previously assigned amount of de minimis aid, but if this condition cannot be complied with, the amount of the aid specified proportionally according to each new equity at the balance sheet date of distribution of the actual value; 4.3. de minimis aid granted previously about the company that has purchased in the last three years (indicate the purchase date). 5. the amount of aid to be granted in support of the evaluation will take into account the de minimis aid received by one single company level, in accordance with Commission Regulation No 1408/2013 article 2 paragraph 2 provided in one single company. 6. Support provider before grant of de minimis aid assessed whether the last three fiscal year period have been de minimis aid the merger, acquisition or Division. 7. Support Provider for 6 of these rules in the cases referred to in paragraph respects the Commission Regulation No 1408/13 Article 3, paragraph 8 and 9 of the conditions. 8. De minimis aid may not exceed the Commission Regulation No 1408/13 Article 3, paragraph 2 and 3 of the specified amount. 9. If that amount is not exceeded, the rural support service shall inform the donor that the planned aid is authorised to provide under Commission Regulation No 1408/2013 and shall state the grounds. 13. If the service finds that the planned aid exceeds the de minimis Commission Regulation No 1408/13 Article 3, point 2 and 3 set out in the de minimis margin or Commission Regulation No 1408/13 paragraph 3 of article 5 in the case of cumulation of aid will exceed the relevant maximum aid intensity or aid amount, it shall inform in writing the support provider, and aid is not granted. 14. Support provider based on de minimis aid in the application of the applicant, the information and the field support service provided by the information, the de minimis aid to be granted for it and fill in the form of de minimis aid (annex 2) (form). 15. Form support provider specifies the amount of the aid granted for the specific de minimis aid to the applicant. 16. Support in the decision to grant de minimis aid indicates that the aid is granted in accordance with Commission Regulation No 1408/2013.17. Support in the form of a paper document can be prepared in triplicate in form or electronically. If the form is prepared in the form of a paper document, a copy stored in a support provider, the second de minimis aid applicants, and the third was sent to the field support service. If the provider is the rural support service, this de minimis aid granted in the form shall be completed in duplicate, one copy of which saves support the applicant and the second, the rural support service. 18. De minimis aid applicants and the application form for 10 years from the date when it awarded the de minimis aid. 19. De minimis aid received by the provider and application form for 10 years from the date on which under the support programmes was granted the last support. 20.
