Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 579 Riga 2015 (13 October. No 54 1) order in which national armed forces are involved in the destruction of objects or explosive blasting works in the land of peace Issued in accordance with the national law of the armed forces of the fifth paragraph of article 17 of the i. General questions 1. determines the order in which national armed forces are involved in the destruction of objects or explosive blasting works in land area in peace time. 2. III. Structure demolition by blasting method national armed force training needs 20. If the national armed forces decides to take demolition to construction method of blasting, the national armed forces and the applicant shall be the subject of a written agreement for the construction of concrete demolition. If construction demolition blasting method in needed State fire and rescue service, emergency medical services or police support, the applicant agreed projects with these institutions. A copy of the agreement concluded by the applicant sends the State fire and rescue service, emergency medical service and the police. 24. Engaging with demolition blasting engineering method, the applicant organizes police support in the provision of safety requirements (measures to prevent the entry of persons belonging to the specified security area), national fire and rescue service and ambulance service presence and support, if necessary.
