Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 595 in 2015 (October 20. No 55 25) requirements for providing information about bulk food Issued under the food surveillance law in the third part of article 13 paragraph 2 of rule 1 defines requirements for providing information about bulk food.
2. Don't pre-packaged food is food offered for sale to the final consumer or mass caterers without packaging or to the company by the merchant site after the request of consumer packaged, as well as fast in direct sales to the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 Regulation (EU) no 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers and on the amendment of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and (EC) No 1925/2006 and the Commission Directive 87/250/EEC, Council Directive 90/496/EEC, Commission Directive 1999/10/EC of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/13/EC, Commission Directive 2002/67/EC and 2008/5/EC and Regulation (EC) no 608/2004 (hereinafter Regulation No 1169/2011) to article 44. 3. the bulk of food offered in bulk, shall contain the following information: 3.1. product name; 3.2. the list of ingredients; 3.3. substances or products that cause of allergies or intolerances in consumers, as defined in Regulation No 2011/1169 article 9 paragraph 1 under "c"; 3.4. the date of minimum durability or, in the case of perishable goods, indicating the date "use by ..."; 3.5. If necessary, the special conditions for storage and use; 3.6. the labelling of the products, the information of the responsible food company (name and address) or physical person (name, surname); 3.7. the country of origin or an indication of the European Union directly applicable legislation; 3.8. the actual alcohol content of tilpumprocento – alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content exceeding 1.2% vol.. 4. Information about this rule referred to in point 3.3 substances or products specified in writing pursuant to Regulation No 1169/2011 in annex II and article 21, paragraph 1, point "b". 5. The rules referred to in point 3.3 substances or products may not specify the name of the product, if there is a clear indication of the substances or products concerned. 6. This provision 3.2, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.8 of the information referred to in point can be provided orally, if the following requirements are met: 6.1. food distribution site is placed on a clearly visible, legible and indelible written indication of where and how you can get this rule 3.2, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.8 information referred to; 6.2. the distribution site at the request of the consumer, before the goods acquisition information provided immediately and at no additional cost. 7. If food is packaged at the point of sale to the consumer's request or divided for direct sale to the label on the packaging, it shall contain at least the following information: 7.1. food name; 7.2. substances or products that cause of allergies or intolerances in consumers, as defined in Regulation No 2011/1196 article 9 paragraph 1 under "c"; 7.3. the date of minimum durability or, in the case of perishable goods, indicating the date "use by ..."; 7.4. the net quantity; 7.5. actual alcohol content of tilpumprocento – alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content exceeding 1.2% vol.. 8. This provision 7. the requirements referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply: 8.1. on the street trading sites and commercial sites that have been granted market status; 8.2. to sales points, where the weight or the cash register due to possible technical options to print a limited number of characters; 8.3. to a food that even consumers at the point of sale into any type of package. 9. This provision referred to in paragraph 8, information on substances or products that cause of allergies or intolerances in consumers, as defined in Regulation No 2011/1196. If other food regulatory laws provide otherwise, the communication on nutritional value can be specified in one of the following ways: 11.1. as energy; 11.2. how energy and fat, saturated fatty acids, sugar and salt; 11.3. as energy and fat, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugars, protein and salt. 12. in paragraph 11 of these rules that information disclosed in accordance with Regulation No 2011/1196. Article 36 1 and 2 and to article 37. 13. If the bulk of the food distributed by distance, this provision and paragraph 3 referred to in 7.4 information indicates the documents or in another manner, clearly indicating also the food business operators: 13.1. before purchasing the goods – this provision in paragraph 3 (except 3.4.) and 7.4. minimum information referred to; 13.2. the time of delivery, all these rules in paragraph 3 and the information referred to in paragraph 7.4. 14. Bulk food packaging or container on the secondary, or, if not, the relevant accompanying documents provide information on food products (almost same conditions produced, manufactured or packaged food product intended for trade unit group). 15. Food references of the party is the letter "L", unless that reference is not clearly distinguishable from the other indications on the label. 16. food products not shown: 16.1. agricultural products after the acquisition: 16.1.1. sold or delivered to temporary storage, preparation or packaging; 16.1.2. transported to food companies; 16.1.3. collected, handled or processed immediately; 16.2. the bulk of the food; 16.3. If food labelling contains the minimum durability date or indication to date "use by ...".
