Express and 15.2. subparagraph 15.1 the following: "15.1. they attest not less than three years of learning program family (general practice) doctor's specialty after medical evidence of professional qualifications of mining, they are issued, starting with January 1, 2006, and the European Commission has published a notice in the official journal of the European Union, specifying the countries concerned certain physician education and qualification supporting documents or set of family (general practice) doctor's specialty and professional titles; 15.2. they attest not less than two years learning program family (general practice) doctor's specialty for the doctor, the professional qualifications of formal abstraction, they are issued until January 1, 2006, if the education, for which they are issued, includes one year's practical training in a recognised institution for this purpose (a hospital or clinic that has the necessary equipment and providing services in family medicine, or family (general practice) doctor or body set up for this purpose, in which workers doctors provide primary health care services) and the European Commission has published a notice in the official journal of the European Union, specifying the countries concerned certain physician education and qualification supporting documents or set of family (general practice) doctor's specialty and professional name. " 6.
