Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 664 in 2007 (2 October. Nr. 55) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 10 May 2005 a Regulation No 323 "rules for the General requirements dietary food safety, quality and labelling, as well as dietary food conformity assessment and the cost recovery order" Issued under the food surveillance law article 4, part of the 10th and the 13th article 10.1 of the third paragraph of article 20 and the second part to make a Cabinet of 10 May 2005 a Regulation No 323 "rules for the General requirements dietary food safety , quality and labelling, as well as dietary food conformity assessment and cost recovery arrangements "(Latvian journal, 2005, 76.210. No; 2006, 176 no) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 3 by the following:" 3. the Dietetic foods except dietary foods with reduced enerģēt by value and dietary foods for special medical purposes, only allowed to add this provision to the chemical substances listed in the annex forms. " 2. Supplement with 18.1 points as follows: "annex these provisions 18.1 1.13.6.,.,., 2.1.12 2.1.11 2.2.12.,.,., 2.4.12 2.2.13 2.4.13., 2.5.6 2.4.14.,.,.,., 2.7.7 2.9.4 2.6.9.,.,., and 2.14.1 2.11.3 2.14.2. subparagraph shall remain in force until December 31." 3. Delete paragraph 19. 4. Add to the informative reference to European Union directive in paragraph 6 by the following: ' 6) the Commission's 7 May 2007 of Directive 2007/26/EC amending Directive 2004/6/EC to extend its period of application. " 5.
