Nr. 55) 25 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 9 November 2004, the Regulation No 923 "waste electrical and electronic equipment management regulations" Issued under the waste management act 20.7 the second paragraph of article 2 and paragraph 3 1. make Cabinet on 9 November 2004, the Regulation No 923 "waste electrical and electronic equipment management regulations" (Latvian journal, 2004, 181. No; 2006, 25 no) the following amendments: 1. Add to paragraph 11 with the second sentence by the following : "The national environmental service every year to 1 may submit a report on the Ministry of the environment carried out treatment facility inspection. '; 1.2. to supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 20.1: "with this rule 20.1 18 and 19 of the report mentioned in paragraph waste electrical and electronic equipment of the establishment shall submit in writing to the niekotāj information about the producers of electrical and electronic equipment, which in the previous reporting period is concluded or terminated contracts for electrical and electronic equipment waste management."; 1.3. to make the new version of annex 1 (annex 1); 1.4. to express new version 2 of the annex (annex 2); 1.5. make the new version of annex 3 (annex 3). 2. the rules shall enter into force on the 21 January 2008.
