No 57 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 July 2005, the Regulation No 562 "provisions on State family allowances and benefits at the State family benefit for a disabled child, its review procedure and benefits and allowances and costs order" Issued under the State social benefits law article 6, third paragraph, article 15 of the first and second subparagraphs, the first subparagraph of article 16 and article 17, first and second subparagraphs 1. make the Cabinet of 26 July 2005, the Regulation No 562 "provisions on State family benefit and allowances to the State family benefit for a disabled child, its review procedure and benefits and allowances and costs order "(Latvian journal, 2005, 119 no; 2006, 111 no) the following amendments: 1. delete paragraph 7;
1.2. the express section 11.1.2. by the following: "certificate of General 11.1.2 education or vocational training institutions (for each school year), if the child is older than 15 years and information about children is not filed in electronic form;"
1.3. make 14 the following: "14. A child reaching the age of 15, and every two weeks, an educational institution in which the child learns, electronically submit to the Ministry of education and science for children. The Ministry of education and science of the information received electronically submit to the State social insurance agency. If the information about children is not filed electronically, the applicant benefits each year, before 15 September, those provisions referred to in point 11.1.2 a certificate. ";
1.4. make 19.2 point as follows: "If the benefit claimant 19.2 or his authorized person submitted or presented to the State social insurance agency all of these provisions in chapter documents. For filing documents and reporting shall be notes of application for the grant of the allowance. ";
1.5. to express 24 as follows: 24. If this rule 11.1.2. referred inquiries or information referred to in point 14 of the current school year has not been submitted to the State social insurance agency until 15 September, the allowance is paid off by 1 October. After electronically or in paper form for receiving the information provided for the cessation of the child's training allowance is paid off with the next calendar month after training cessation. The State social insurance agency's Department for the beneficiaries shall be notified in writing of the allowance. The allowance is paid with the next calendar month after 14 of these provisions of the information referred to in paragraph 11.1.2., or referred to the date of submission of the certificate. Outstanding amount of benefits due for previous months, plus allowance for the current month. ";
1.6. to supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 31: "31 to august 31, 2008. the special task Minister for electronic Government Affairs Secretariat provides educational institutions the information electronic submission to the State social insurance agency for children who have reached the age of 15 and studying general education institutions in Riga and Ventspils municipalities."
