No 58 13) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 12 September 2006, regulations no 760 "rules on the Treasury supplied charge service price list" Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management of the ninth article 5, part 1. make the Cabinet on 12 September 2006, regulations no 760 "rules on the Treasury supplied charge service price list" (Latvian journal, 2006, 148 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 3 the following : "3. The Treasury paid services provided to municipalities, budget-funded institutions except the national budget and the special State budget sub" student and study loans "performers, corporations, associations and foundations that receive loans, as well as corporations, associations and foundations, for which commitments on behalf of the State guarantee has been provided based on the current year's national budget law."; 1.2. to express the attachment as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers on 12 September 2006, regulations no 760 Treasury supplied charge service price list no PO box type of service charges ($) 1. Public lending and servicing 0.25% per year from the municipalities of loans 2. Public lending and servicing budget funded institutions, associations, foundations and corporations from 0.5% of loans loans loans 3. public service corporations associations and foundations, 0.1% per year of the State‐guaranteed loan balance "2. Regulations shall enter into force by 1 January 2008.
