No 59 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 October 2003, regulations No. 590 "pregnancy institutional arrangements" Issued under the sexual and reproductive health Act article 5 second paragraph do Cabinet of 28 October 2003, regulations No. 590 "pregnancy institutional order" (Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 153; 2006, No 11) follows: 1. Replace the text of the provisions, the word "assignment" (fold) with the word "shipping" (the fold).
2. Replace paragraph 2.1 numbers and names "(11 weeks 6 days)" with numbers and words "(11 weeks 7 days)".
3. Replace paragraph 2.2:3.1 and numbers "up to 22 weeks of pregnancy (21 weeks 6 days)" with the words and figures "up to 24 weeks of pregnancy (23 weeks 7 days)";
3.2. the numbers and words "(11 weeks 6 days)" with numbers and words "(11 weeks 7 days)".
4. Replace paragraph 5, the word "patient" with the word "patient".
5. Express 9.2. subparagraph by the following: "9.2. additional investigation referral issued at the doctor (ģenētiķ), if possible, or of the fruit developmental disorders."
6. To express the following paragraph 12: ' 12. If the woman or of the fruit as possible developmental disorders, organised by the konsilij doctor (geneticist). In this case, the doctor will take part in konsilij (geneticist), gynecologist (birth), as well as gynecologist (birth), who has a certificate of ultrasonic investigation of obstetrics and gynaecology ".
