No 59 7) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on July 3, 2001 regulations No. 297 "rules on adjustable public service" Issued in accordance with the law "on regulators of public services" in article 2, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet on July 3, 2001 regulations No. 297 "rules on adjustable public service" (Latvian journal, 2001, 108 no; 2002, nr. 40; 2005, nr. 49) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the word "realization" (fold) with the word "trade" (the fold).
2. Replace paragraph 2, the words "maximum load" with the words "the installed electric capacity".
3. Add to subparagraph 3.1., after the word "where" with the word "set".
4. Add to subparagraph of 3.4, after the word "where" with the word "total".
