Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 673 Riga 2007 (2 October. No 55 44) public transport services arrangements for organizing the network Issued in accordance with the public transport service of the law article 6 the first and tenth and seventh paragraph of article 8 of the general question 1. determines the basic route network and outside the core route network development, public transport services and, at the request of the route network of the determination of the amount of the order, as well as the arrangements for organizing public transport services basic route network and outside the core route network. 2. 7.4. the local authorities concerned set up a route survey of the Commission's opinion on the road (Street) or the technical situation, if the regional local bus route was created by road (Street), which does not belong to a regional matter inter-urban route. 12. 14.2. information about the carrier's experience and proof of good repute for the provision of public transport services;
14.3. information about public transport services on public vehicles involved, their restoration and modernisation plans.
14.4. the cost of public transport services and passenger kilometres cost calculation for each route;

14.5. public transport service tariff calculation. 15. 20.3. information about certificates issued and withdrawn;
20.4. information on transport in the city (annex 5). 21. the Central Statistical Bureau every three years to collect information on the movements of the population. 4. the organisation of public transport service route discovery 4.1, modification, closure and movement list approval 22. new route and route flight route network found, route (flight), and the switch as well as the timetable: 22.1. the Directorate of road transport (planning of the interested municipalities and regions in the perspective of clearance)-regional Intercity route to the meaning;

30.2. rail infrastructure manager's opinion of the route schedule of the train project and its compliance with the allocation of railway infrastructure capacity and technical capabilities;
30.3.38 of these rules in the cases referred to in paragraph-the municipal route survey established the Commission's opinion on Road (Street) or the technical condition of the period;

72.10. other information (if applicable). 73. If a decision to issue a receipt, the client determines the date of commencement of carriage. 74. the receipt issued by the carrier after the tenderer who has obtained the services of public transport right or obligation imposed on (commitments) to provide public transport services on the route concerned (trip), the conclusion of a public transport service contracts. 75. within 10 days after the decision to issue a receipt for the customer announces issuance of a certificate, the validity period and the date of commencement of carriage: 75.1. the Directorate of road transport-interested authorities, line possessors of structures and other stakeholders;
75.2. Republic City municipality-municipalities concerned, line possessors of structures and other stakeholders;

75.3. district municipality – Directorate for road transport, interested Governments, line possessors of structures and other stakeholders. 76. the certificate shall be issued to the public transport service order agreement, except that rule 77 and 88 cases referred to. 77. in order to ensure adequate and continuous public transport services, in particular cases, if there is a traffic stop or condition (e.g., natural disasters, social events, corporate insolvency) threats and if these cases not to apply this provision of the conditions referred to in paragraph 43, the client may issue a one-time or short-term certificate, without public transport services, regulations governing the provision of public transport services in the award procedure.
