The rules referred to in paragraph 3, the application shall include the following information: 4.1 the goods receiving and dispatch (supplier) name (company), a number of the trācij region (the sole proprietor shall indicate the first name, last name, birth place and some dark passport (identity card) number, date of issue, the issue is vējiestād), registered office, telephone and fax numbers, special permissions (li cenc) number, as well as the recipient's address, to which the firearms or ammunition from the sent.
4.2. European Union common military list and Latvian Re pub led national strategic list of goods and services in a specific product category, class and number, name, type of firearms, make, model, series, number and caliber, ammunition type (type), caliber, highlighting, as well as the number of firearms and ammunition;
4.3. desired previous consent document firearms and transfer the information between at mun participation by the European Union countries. 5. to get the previous consent of explosives document moved to stop between the Member States of the European Union (annex 2), the operator shall submit the relevant application to the State police. The decision on the refusal to issue a 3 or 5 of these rules referred to in the above paragraph šēj consent document can be a challenge and appeal against administrative procedure law. 13. The economic operator does not use this provision paragraph 3 and 5 previous consent referred to in the document after expiry of validity period of five working days of the national police.
